Dan was out, John was in! Dan returns this week!   ✈️ Good Times at Arena's at the Airport! What an incredible Tuesday night of trivia we had on July 14th ! We welcomed 20 fantastic patrons across 5 teams to Arena's at the Airport in Georgetown. The energy in the room was a little flat as teams realized their beloved senior-hating Dan would not be there. Don’t worry, he returns this week.   🧠 The Mid-Game Shuffle The first half of the game was a classic, tight battle. Shenanigans flew out of the gate into a roaring lead, landing at halftime with a stellar 36 points . Hot on their heels were the Trivia Pursuers with 32 points , followed closely by the Know Nothings at 22 points . Every team brought their A-game, making for an incredibly fun atmosphere as we headed into the second half!   📈 Pushing into the Finals As the rounds progressed, the leaderboard kept us all on the edges of our seats. This year's Let's Do Trivia competition delivered an exciting night of friendly rivalry and close competition. Through the first half of the event, The Five Lions set the pace, consistently answering tough questions and building a slim lead over the rest of the field. As the rounds progressed, the competition remained tight, with several teams staying within striking distance and setting the stage for an exciting finish. Heading into the final question, The Five Lions still held a narrow advantage, but everything came down to the last round. In a dramatic finish, The Know Nothings answered the final question to claim the championship, completing an impressive comeback. The Quizzley Bears secured second place after a strong performance throughout the evening, while every team contributed to an entertaining event filled with teamwork, laughter, and plenty of trivia knowledge. The first half of the night belonged to Trivia Pursuers , who came out strong and controlled the scoreboard through the opening rounds. Consistent answers and smart play kept them in front, and they carried that momentum all the way into the Final Question with the lead still firmly in their hands. It looked like they were in position to close out another impressive victory, but as every trivia player knows, the final question can change everything. That is exactly what happened. Dazed and Confused came through when it mattered most, correctly answering the Final Question and backing it up with a perfectly timed 20 point wager. The clutch finish vaulted them past the leaders and secured a dramatic comeback win, proving once again that no lead is safe until the final scores are revealed.
