Not so crowded tonight so we could focus in on a very serious game of trivia. A game so serious that the winner received a gift card and the losers went home with…nothing! The game started like any other and honestly it ended that way too, just a normal game. After the halftime question it was LRR ahead of It Was A Good Night.   The second have there were a few mix ups, but nothing that kept anyone out of the running for first place. Going into the final it was LRR just a point ahead of Short Bus. It would all come down to bands and how much they made on tour. A really nice night out, perfect for some trivia. The game started as most do with a close affair. The teams seem to like to keep it tight in the first half and then shoot their shot in the second half. After the halftime question it was Brain Dead just a couple points ahead of the Last Chancery.   The second half is much more frantic as the questions get a little bit harder and the teams start to spread apart in the rankings. Going into tonight's final question it was again Brain Dead just a couple points ahead of Pass The Salt. Tonight's final question was a tough one about Elvis songs and movies. So tough that only one team got it correct. First night back from vacation and it already feels like I need a vacation from my vacation. The first half was fun and there were a couple teams that really knocked it out of the park. After the halftime question it was Strong and Wrong with a solid lead ahead of Too Many Dogs.   The second half was tricky and some teams found themselves falling back while a couple others weathered the storm and stood tough. Going into the final it was Strong and Wrong at the top spot this time with LRR hot on their heels. The final was about debut's of 1960's TV shows. A beautiful night for trivia and a bunch of great teams came out to play. The first half was close with all the teams within 7 points of each other after the halftime question. It was Short Bus with the early lead though.   The second half it was more of the same with the teams all staying very competitive. Some slight mix up's, but for the most part it was pretty even throughout. Going into the final it was Johnsons just 1 point ahead of Don't Call Us Old. The sun was absolutely homicidal today and then there was a crazy storm, so thank you to everyone that braved the wacky weather. The first half of the game we had a lot of teams all bunched up on the scoreboard and there was only 3 points separating first from last. Taking the early lead was It Was A Good Night with everyone else hot on their heels.   The second half not much changed in the game. Everyone kept it very close and it was up for grabs the whole way through the game. Going into the final it was I'm Out of Ideas in the lead, but every team was still within reach. A great night for trivia with finally some decent weather. 9 teams came out to play and it was a really fun game. The first half was a blur as most of the teams kept things really close the whole night. After the halftime question it was The Other Team 1 point ahead of It Was A Good Night.   The second half took a little longer as most teams stumbled some. The questions got a little harder, but most of the teams adapted and stayed on course looking for the win. Going into the final question it was It Was A Good Night just 2 points ahead of Dazed and Confused. Another great day of trivia here in Georgetown. The teams came out on a beautiful day and had an awesome game of trivia. The first half was very competitive and the teams really came out to play. After the halftime question It Was A Good Night had a narrow lead over Short Bus.   The second half was a little easier than I had planned and teams were pouring in the correct answers. They were either smarter than I had thought or I asked easier questions. Going into the final it was the same as before with It Was A Good Night just ahead of Short Bus.
