Arena's Georgetown - Let's Do Trivia! - 6/9/22

What a packed house tonight as the teams came out to play. Pretty much every table was taken as we had 12 teams show up. The first half was fun and even with this many teams it was still pretty close. After the halftime question it was Mr. Cleans Ear Ring just ahead of Dan's OnlyFans.

 

The second half we saw some drastic changes in scores, I assume more alcohol means lower scores. Going into the final it was Brain Dead and Mr.Cleans Ear Ring tied for the top spot, but it was anyone's game. The final question was about state sizes and the teams did really well and many of them wagered the max. Unfortunately for most of them the top two teams also wagered 20 points and had a correct answer, that means we had a tie and a tie breaker question. It was close, but it was Brain Dead that came out on top tonight.

When I arrived at Arena's there was not a person in the place, I thought maybe I had the wrong day. The teams filled up quickly though as we went into a really fun night. After the halftime question it was LRR in the early lead. The second half the teams were settling into the flow and were ready to make the final push to winning glory. Going into the final question though we had a 3-way tie for first place between LRR, Don't Call Us Old and Dan's OnlyFans. The final was tricky and no team had the correct answer so it would all come down to wagering and tonight it was Don't Call Us Old that came in the top spot. Let's Do Trivia - Arena's Georgetown - 8/15/24

A large group at trivia tonight as the teams all came out to test their wits. The first half was really close and only 8 points separated first from last after the halftime question. There was a tie at the top with Miltonians and Underwhelmers. The second half we saw some folks move up and others slide down the board a little bit. Going into the final the Underwhelmers were in the lead, but every teams was still in striking distance. Though tonight it was all about the underwhelners as they had the lead all night and wagered 20 and had the correct answer giving them the dominating win. Arena's At The Airport! - Let's Do Trivia! - 5/11/25

It was another exciting Thursday night of Let's Do Trivia at Arena's at the Airport in Georgetown! Three competitive teams showed up ready to test their knowledge and battle for the win. From the start, Don't Call Us Old came out strong, taking the lead in the first half with 33 points, followed closely by Miltonians with 30 and Trivia Persuers with 28. At halftime, Don't Call Us Old held onto their lead with 39 points, while Miltonians trailed close behind with 36, and Trivia Persuers stayed in the game with 34. But the second half was where things really heated up. Miltonians surged ahead, ending the round with 62 points, just edging out Don't Call Us Old , who finished with 61. Trivia Persuers put up a solid fight, finishing the round with 57. When all the points were tallied, Miltonians secured the win and took home the $40 prize!
